1. Data controller

2. What we collect, and why
Booking form. When you request a call, we process your name, email address and the topic you choose to share, for the purpose of scheduling and running the meeting. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in replying and in preventing automated abuse, for which we use an invisible honeypot field).
Email. When you write to us, we process your email address and the content of the correspondence to answer and to keep a record of the business relationship. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the exchange leads to a contract.
Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, request time) for security and error diagnosis. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
That is the whole list. There is no newsletter, no marketing database, no sale of data to anyone.
3. Cookies and tracking
This site does not use cookies for advertising, does not use fingerprinting, and does not share any data with third parties.
We use Umami, a self-hosted web analytics tool running on our own infrastructure in the European Union, to measure traffic and understand how visitors use this site. Umami does not set cookies and does not create a persistent identifier on your device. A session identifier is calculated server-side from your IP address and browser information combined with a random value that changes daily; we do not store your IP address.
We collect: pages visited, referrer, approximate location (country/region/city), browser and device type, screen resolution, and anonymized interaction data (click position and scroll depth) used to generate aggregate heatmaps of page usage. We never collect page text, page content, or form input, and we do not record individual browsing sessions on this site.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding and improving how this site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object to this processing at any time (Art. 21 GDPR) using the button below. It stores a single preference in this browser and stops all measurement on this site.
Retention: analytics data is retained for up to 12 months.
4. Who processes the data
- Nerve - our self-hosted booking system, operated by the controller on infrastructure located in the European Union. It receives the booking form (name, email, topic) and creates the calendar event.
- Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland) - our mailbox, calendar and video-call provider. The booking confirmation, the calendar invite (ICS) and the meeting link (kMeet) are issued through Infomaniak. Switzerland benefits from an EU adequacy decision, so this is not a restricted transfer.
- Hosting provider of lhst.ai - serves the static pages and keeps the technical logs mentioned in section 2.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Data is processed in the European Union and in Switzerland (adequacy decision). We do not transfer your data anywhere else.
6. How long we keep it
Booking data is kept as long as needed to schedule and run the call, and up to 12 months afterwards for the record of the exchange. Correspondence is kept for the duration of the business relationship it concerns. Earlier deletion happens on request (section 7).
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Write to kamil@lhst.ai and we will act on it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, PUODO).
8. Automated decisions
We make no automated decisions about you and we do not profile you.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Booking data lives on infrastructure in the European Union, with access limited to the controller.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version replaces this page with a new date at the top.
